I do recommend vitamins to others, but I recommend that you buy them from a good source! I get some of mine from my doc or my chiro and some from a health food store that my doc recommends. A lot of vitamins you buy at your local drugstore (or Wal-mart, etc) just aren't any good.

Yes. I take a bunch. Since I started ive lost weight. No body aches. My depression has disappeared and I have energy. I highly recommend vitamins!

i would recommend a fish oil and a good probiotic to everyone. as far as other vitamins and minerals and phytonutrients, i suggest a healthier diet.

i think if you cant always eat well...vits are very good to take
