How do you get protein in your diet? Have you tried a daily protein shake?

Most protein shakes aren't good for you. Yes, they contain large percentages of protein but they also contain large quantities of sugar, gluten, wheat filler, and unpronouncable chemical additives.

The one I use on occassion is by Plant Fusion. It's a plant protein. It's the best I've found for me.  No dairy, no soy, no animal. It's hypoallergenic and gluten free.

I make one from ProCaps labs that isn't full of chemicals and sugar, I mix it with milk and berries.

I have to get in a large amount of protein a day so I supplement with protein shakes. I like the ones from Nector. I also eat a lot of Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, meat & I will have the occasional protein bar.

Make your own with your own ingredients a few fruits peanut butter is a great natural protein Greek yougurt a little soy protein vanilla milk may be a ice cube or two?

I drink Arbonne protein shakes - they're vegan and have 20 vitamins and minerals in them as well. They're delicious!

I'm a meat eater so get plenty of protein in my diet.
