I have spent the last 8 months doing nothing but surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. Dr appts were my whole life. Healthy eating and lifestyle is very important to STAY in remission. I have always been thin, energetic, etc. For me it is eating the RIGHT things, getting exercise, and now that I have been thrown into chemically induced menopause I don't want to gain weight. I have to start watching what I eat. 2013, HOPEFULLY, will not be anything like 2012. Now, it is time to get educated in nutrition for both my husband and I. He wants to lose some weight, and I would love for him to do so as well. I NEED him around for a long time!
