How do you get your daily requirement of calcium? Your food? Supplements?
Yeah I think I do with the calcium. =)
I usually get it through the food I eat. Yogurt, cheese, orange juice.
I probably don't. I don't like milk.
From food but I really need to take a supplement as well.

I am lactose intolerant, so a calcium supplement is a must for me. I'm really loving the chocolate chewable type these days - like a little extra dessert-like snack each evening.
