Where is the best place to get a purse? I don't want to spend a fortune but I also don't want a $20 one that is just going to fall apart a year later

Maybe JCP or Marshalls, Burlington, TJMaxx.

Many of my favorite things have come from Marshalls. I just can't beat that place when I "need" a little retail therapy.
