Do you use supplements to ease PMS symptoms?

Over 10 years ago I tried evening primrose oil and it seemed to help. Maybe I should look into it again.

I've never really suffered from PMS symptoms, so no. I consider myself lucky!

Yes. You can get it from Walmart. It's usually around the pharmacy with the other vitamins.

Me too. Today was bad. When I cried cuz the dog peed on the floor after I mopped I knew I needed to take it.
