Do you use supplements to ease PMS symptoms?

Oops. Yes, that is it. I use it in capsule form, made by, NOW. it helped me so much.

I don't, although I have pretty bad PMS.

I have considered taking it because I have fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome.  I need to make sure it's compatible with other supplements and medications that I take.  It seems like for CFS most people take it several times a day, and I know I will never remember to do that, lol

I take daily vitamins...Vitamin D and Magnesium and that helps a lot...Tylenol helps a lot too : )

Hmm well I take vitamins daily idk I don't think they effect my PMS symptoms
