and my tummy ugh it needs to get firm and i need something to make it look better, any suggestions?

suspended planks we do that in yoga and maaan its great for the stomach

They have those new body wraps that people are saying work really well but I have no idea. It was too expensive for me.

grapeseed oil really helps scars, including stretch marks. I mix 50/50 with argan oil.

My sister just had one of those done & she lost 5 inches off her waist. I think it was like $150.

Ohh but I did that 8 minute ab workout after my 2nd and it worked great. For stretch marks I used bio oil and it worked well too.

i hope i get the ok from DOc tomorrow to start exercising again ,starting out slow and working my way back , hard road ahead but i gues sthe first step is the hardest

You could try body makeup? Or laser resurfacing. Laser can do amazing things for skin.

wow thats amazing. I need to look into stuff for my PP body later in summer (after my 6 weeks recovery)
