How do you get that horrible thrift smell out of the clothes?
washing soda, and I do a super hot, super long wash with an extra rinse. My dryer gets super hot too, it has an "antibacterial" setting
and... if a thrift store smells really bad, I'm not shopping there. There's no reason to buy stuff like that no matter how cheap.
Ive never had a problem with just washing it.
The stores that I shop at do not have any smell thankfully.

mine dont smell either but if they ever do i wash in hot water with some vinegar and air dry , the same way i do with the smell of new ones that have chemicals and dyes all over them
