I have scars from acne and dark circles- I put powder over top my liquids foundation and concealer to set it-but by the end of the day - it looks like I barely have coverage.. Is there anything out there to keep your makeup from running or a real sturdy but not cakey foundation?? The not thing ive tried is nyx dewy spray but not sure if I like : /

Try a primer before your foundation.

This. A primer can make a big difference. You could also try a setting spray that gets sprayed over your make up.

I agree try a primer. Works wonders!! :) I also exfoliate my skin once a week so my makeup applies smoothly.

I have the same issue....

My make up always comes off. Eye shadow never stays on.

Mary Kay has awesome foundation that stays on all day. We even have products to help with dark circle and ache scars. I use it for my ache scars and it's an amazing product. Mary Kay also carries primer and finishing spray. We even have primer for eye color too. I would be happy to send samples to any of you ladies. Email me if interested -akramer10616@gmail.com have a lovely rest of your week!

As the others have said, you a primer will help. But if you need more coverage because of the scarring, you might also want to look at products such as Dermablend.

maybe try a different setting powder

but makeup usually doesn't last all day, a lot of women have to touch up now and then.
