 I heard the Latex waist cinchers really work has anyone ever tried it or just waist training all together

Never used a waist cincher but I wore highwaistetd control top panties for a few months pp. I think it helped a bit. What helped more was Pilates ;)

I had one but it was too hot and uncomfortable... Couldn't do it

I totally agree about PIlates!

I used Spanx and control tops, but only when I am wearing fittted dresses and want a smoother silhouette.

No, but I know people that have/do. I've achieved faster results working out with abolene and a swear belt.
