Moisturizer/sunscreen expiration question

My mother recently gave me some facial cleansers and moisturizers. The moisturizers have sunscreen in them that are clearly expired, by several years. My question is are the moisturizers still good even though the sunscreen is expired. It clearly won't protect from the sun but will it still work for moisturizing or should I just chuck em? Also do cleansers expire? They are from the same company as the moisturizers but do not have a expiration date anywhere.

1 mom liked this

If the expiry is by several years, then I'd toss them out especially if they've been open.

Ditto for the cleansers.

I'd throw them out. What if they mess up your skin, not worth it

I agree with the other ladies.  I'd toss them.
