I recently wrote a whole journal on my jeans =D

My philosophy is this... If I am a mom I can wear mom jeans. Of course mom jeans have changed over the years. They used to mean boxey non tailored type jeans or jeans with stretchy waists. Now days it seems to mean high cut verses low rise. By that definition, every pair of pants I own is "mom"

No. My jeans and capris are lower waisted. I can't wear anything that goes over my hips and covers my stomach.

I posted a mom Jeans video in this group a while back.   Hilarious!

I stick to the low waist jeans, so no mom jeans here.

I am pregnant right now so I am wearing those slip and slide pants. You know...they won't stay put for nothing. lol When not pregnant all I wear are Wrangler cowboy cut. I need strong pants to keep up with my lifestyle and Wranglers make the butt look good. lol

I have two pairs of jeans that sit a bit higher (just below my belly button) for those days when I'm bloated or just not as flat as I could be, but they're stylish and not the typical "mom jeans" with the pleated front and tapered leg haha.

I really love the Seven7 For All Mankind jeans for Misses.  They sit at just the right place, fit perfectly everywhere, don't shrink in the wash, don't stretch out over a day's wear, and come in all different styles and washes.  Seven7 Jeans are pretty expensive, but you can get them for about $30 at overstock stores like Burlington Coat Factory and T.J. Maxx

Quoting BaezBoyz:

Mom jeans? So what are those?

Jeans that come way up high over your stomach, and / or taper at the ankles.

Oh no, I will never wear them. I try to get my mama to stop wearing hers but she says she is 63 and she doesn't care. But we are making progress with her she got a pair recently that aren't "mom jeans", Thank God.
