My eldest daughter works at JCP and is a savvy shopper. She has purchased everything from jewelry and clothing for less. She buys the item when it is on sale, or she has a customer service award and can use her discount.

JCPennys is a great store to be a savvy shopper at. 2 Weeks ago I went to buy my daughter a package of underwear and of course I had to look at the clearance racks I got the underwear, 2 shirts for Emily, 1 shirt for me and 1 pair of pants for me. I had a coupon for $10 off a purchase of $10 or more and after that coupon I payed $17 for everything
