1 (15 oz) can of no salt added black beans, drained and rinsed
3 large eggs
1/3 c melted butter
1/4 c cocoa powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c plus 2 Tbls sugar
1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c finely chopped walnuts (opt)
Preheat oven to 355 degrees. Butte an 8 inch baking pan. Mix black beans, eggs, melted, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla and sugar until smooth. Stir in chips and nuts. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until center is set. Cool.
