Hi, My name is Danielle, I discovered The Black Dragger Brotherhood series after I read Twilight and needed my vampire fix, boy am I glad I did I love The Brothers and fell in love with Ward. I just had my first son Anthony on 2/25/09, I even brought Lover Enshrined to the hosptal, because that was the book I was reading at the time. I live in Upstate NY. I was Married on 06/07/08 to Tony and became a step mom to his six year old son Devon. I work in healthcare and I love to read!

Hi ladies. I'm Norma originally from Long Island, live in GA now. I have 4 children ranging from 6 to 11. Like you, I read BDB after Twilight. I was never a real vampire book fan, but fell in love with Edward and was told I'd love the brothers as well (I'm also reading thru the Dark Hunter series as well).
V is my fav of the brothers with Wrath being a very close second (I think I like his book more). I'm a SAHM and a huge book worm. My poor house has suffered since I've discovered Twilight, BDB and Dark Hunter.

I have been married for 5 1/2 yrs to my Edward :) Just like all of you ladies I started reading the BDB after reading Twilight but it was after my third time reading Twilight ( I was addicited, well I still am.). Right now, I am reading Lover Unbound. Can't wait to meet and get to know everyone who is obsessed with the Vamp world like me :)
LOL some of you have wrote that you read Twilight Like 3 Times, ME TOO I thought nothing would replace Twilight maybe it never will. Every book that I read a book after Twilight I close them and say "that was good but it wasn't Twilight" till I discovered BDB soo addicted! I was never into Vamp books. Even when I was in the store before Twilight became big I was like duh who wants to read about a vamp in love. I LOVE vamp books now it's the only ones I am drawn to now in the book store.

Me too!!! I even tried reading the Sookie Stackhouse book. I barely got to chapter 4 and I couldn't do it anymore. I put it down and read Twilight again. I pretty much read it after every book I read. It's like I don't want to lose the passion that I had for it. Which is probably another reason why I watch the movie at least once a week if not more. It's crazy!!! I think they should try making BDB into a movie. It would be awesome!
Hi everyone! My name is Katie and I too am a fan of the BDB and become so after reading the Twilight series. I have a little obsession with all things vampires that started with a little show called Buffy the Vampire Slayer and has just stuck with me throughout the years. I have a wonderful husband, who is an airline pilot, and a 20 month old son named Chase. Since my husband is gone all the time, I often escape to my books for comfort. Nothing like a hot bath and a good vampire book! I am only on the third BDB book, but can't wait to finish it and move on to the next. Can't wait to meet all of my fellow BDB lovers!!

I was looking for a new series to read and a friend recommended this series. I was hooked. Read the 1st book while on vaca in Disneyland back in March. Before I got home, I called a friend and asked her to go to the book store and get #2, but she had to order it. Then they day I got back I bought the rest (even the guide). I truely enjoyed them.

Found BDB thanks to a waitress in a restaurant that suggested I should get Dark Lover, got hooked ipso facto. Been a HUGE fan since then. I love them all equally, the brothers, their shellans, the chosen, the new troika, the half breeds and the fallen angel, my heart belongs to my boy V though.
