Is anyone else doing the Perfect design series? I am on disc 2 and I like it. I thought disc one was WAY to easy.

She doesnt explain very well how to do her method. Each move she teaches needs to work up to atleast 40 reps per move then when that is easy, use 1.5ankle weights on and work up to 40 reps. Makes everything that was easy, harder :)
I only use her perfect design disc 3 so i cant comment on disc2.
I only have 1. I love the leg work but the standing arms are all over the place for me. I can't keep up with her so I don't use that section.
If you do the standing arms enough you eventually fall into some kind of rythem. I agree though it is all over the place, I think just do your best (unless you want to throw it out the window) because thats how I take on her method and its easier for me to deal with now.
