It is a proven fact that people who weight consistently, whether its daily or weekly, lose significantly MORE weight than those who weigh monthly or not at all!
SO! For that very reason, I think its a HUGE must that we do weekly weigh-ins every Wednesday!!
Whether its pounds or inches or BOTH that youre trying to lose, post them here and update weekly to keep track!

Chest: 30 1/2
Waist: 30 3/4
Stomach(navel): 35 1/4
Hips: 39
Butt: 41 1/4
Thighs: 24 1/4 --- 24
Calfs:14 -- 14
Ok, I'm posting my starting weight of 156 tonight b/c I'm at my mom's and I don't have a scale at home, but I will post my measurements tomorrow when we get back home. And let me just say I'm shocked that I only weigh 156 b/c I usually fluctuate between 163 and 175. My goal weight is 135-140. I can also post my height which is 5'6 1/2. I'm still shocked that I've lost some weight, b/c you surely can't tell by looking at me!
Starting Measurements on 5-19-09:
Weight ~ 156
Height ~ 5'6 1/2
Bust ~ 37" (I don't think that's right cause I wear a 34 B!)
Waist ~ 32 1/2
Hips ~ 41 1/4
Thighs~ 22 3/4
Calf ~ 14
Bicep ~ 11

I havnt lost any weight, but i did lose 1 & 1/4 inch from my waist, hips and butt. lol. the workouts i was doing prior didnt really effect my ass and hips, so im glad to see this progress :)
