2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

In a large mixing bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, baking powder,
salt and spices until well combined. Mix in the raisins to coat well
with the flour mixture. In a smaller bowl beat the egg with milk,
pumpkin and oil. Stir the egg mixture, all at once, into the flour
mixture, mixing only until combined. Fill greased or nonstick muffin
pans 2/3 full. Sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon mixed together.
Bake in a 400 oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until nicely browned. Serve
warm.
