Ingredients
---
1/3 cup plus 2 teaspoons self rising flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons thawed frozen concentrated orange juice (no sugar added)
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon reduced calorie orange marmalade
2 teaspoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoon margarine
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350. Spray a 7 3/8 x 3 5/8 x 2 1/4 inch loaf pan
with cooking spray; set aside. In a small mixing bowl, combine all the
ingredients and using an electric mixer on low speed, beat for 30
seconds just to combine; pour into the prepared pan and bake for about
25 minutes (until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out
clean). Remove loaf from the pan and cool on a wire rack. Cut cooled
loaf into 4 equal bars.
