Ingredients

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup sliced onion
1/2 cup thinly slice carrots
1/2 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
1 small garlic clove, minced or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup shredded green cabbage
6 ounces franfurters, sliced
1/4 cup prepared instant chicken broth and seasoning mix (prepared according to packet directions), at room temperature
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon soysauce

Instructions

In a 9 or 10 inch nonstick skillet heat the oil over medium heat; add
the onion, carrot, pepper, and garlic and saute until onion is
translucent, about 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and add the
cabbage; cover skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the
cabbage becomes wilted, about 10 minutes. Add the frankfurters and
cook until heated through. In a measuring cup or small bowl combine
the broth, cornstarch and soy sauce, stirring to dissolve cornstarch;
pour over the frankfurter mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until
slightly thickened.
