Title: Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients

3 pounds chicken wings (about 15)
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons five spice powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

Cut each chicken wing at the joints to make 3 pieces; discard the
tips. Place the chicken wings in a shallow glass or plastic dish. Mix
the remaining ingredients. Pour over the chicken. Cover and
refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning occasionally. Heat the oven to
375. Place the chicken on a rack in a foil lined broiler pan and
reserve the marinade. Brush the chicken with the reserved marinade.
Bake 30 minutes. Turn the chicken and bake 30 minutes longer, brushing
occasionally with the marinade, until juices run clear.
