Title: Jarlesburg Crepe Horns

Ingredients

 Parsley Crepes (see recipe)
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
1 1/2 cups finely shredded Jarlesberg or aged swiss cheese

Instructions

Prepare the Parsley Crepes. Heat the oven to 350. Cut each crepe in
half. Spread with the margarine. Fold each crepe half, margarine side
out, to form funnel. Fill each funnel with about 1 tablespoon cheese.
Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes
or until hot.
