What pregancy exercises do you do?

I do some prenatal yoga and light aerobics (though not as regular as I should).
But I was looking for some different exercise routines to throw in the mix, while searching yesterday I found these:

I'm a runner.  Since I gave that up early on, except chasing after a 2 year old, I love to go for walks.  I also love to hike.   I try to get a good sweat going for about 20+ minutes per day (It honestly doesn't take much for me to sweat and get out of breath now!! LOL!).  Lately, its been every other day that I actually find time to work out.  I tend to throw my 2 year old in the jogging stroller and head to town, about a mile away, and run a few small errands, and walk briskly home.  I love this weather, by the way!

I forgot to add the dreaded Kegels and ab crunches!  I do those too.  I like to lift weights (dumbells) to keep tone but I find I don 't get to my gym, more and more.  *sigh*  I wish there were two of me!  Then everything could get done!  One could sleep all the time and the other could do my normal stuff!  LOL!
