Ok... so starting out today I have decided to keep track of everything I eat like I used to and see if I can get back on track so here we go....
Breakfast - 1 cup honey oat bunches with almonds and a 1/2 cup whole milk
4-6 oz. sprite and 8 oz. water
Lunch - a salad dry (no dressing), about 1 1/2 cups lettuce, 1/2 a carrot shredded, 3 slices of ham (lunch meat) cut up, 1 tbsp. shredded italian cheeses (parmesan, mozerella, etc.), a hint of salt and fresh ground pepper. 1 dill pickle spear and 8 oz. water
thats what I have got so far today. For dinner tonight we are doing leftovers so I will probably be eating leftover roast with potatoes, carrots, and green beans.
