Hi ... I am new to this group. What are your staying fabulously fit secrets?
Hi, welcome aboard! I'm pretty new here myself. I think everyone has their own secrets that correlate with their body type. Mine - virtually no carbs, except those found in fruits and veggies, eating clean, and exercise every day but switching it up. I'm not in tip top shape yet but I'm working on it!

Welcome both of you to the group! =) we are slowly starting to get this group going again!
But yes everyone has their own ways of staying fit. As for myself i do my workouts 5 or 6 days a week. I eat off little plates that i give my 4 yr old so that i do not over eat
When i go out to eat i ask to have a to go box right away so then i put half my food in the box so i do not over eat when i am out.
I eat healthy though. no soda and i would say no junk food but it is hard to stay away from the kids Halloween bags lol
You can go look in the food forum and you will find lots of great recipes in there and more will be added daily.
look around and have fun! and ask any questions if you need help!
