Today has been a good day. I started my workout with running 3.5 miles. Then I used a new machine a cross trainer I think it was called (kind of like a elliptical and stair climber in one) for 30 min. This evening I'm using my wii active then finish my day off with the elliptical. What you been up to today?

busy busy girl!!!
I did some ladder intervals on the treadmill for 30 min the other day. Love it! I always feel so strong at the end b/c it's towrds the end is where it's the hardest!!!
