so ive started on a regular exercise routine again - FINALLY! Im kickboxing 4 days a week (videos at home) every morning and feeling good! havent lost any weight yet, but i can totally see the tone in my legs already, feel my abs are stronger although i havent lost any inches or fat yet becuase i cant seem to stay away from PIZZA! hahhaa
