Without having to do millions of crunches, are there any other AB exercises I could do...
Hi! Getting great abs involves stregthening your CORE and watching your diet and lots of hard work. Try Pilates - it will slender out your mid-section. Crunches, for the most part, are out. Core stabilization is in. A great resource is AMERICAN COUNCIL on EXERCISE. Google it...they have an exercise library and you can subscribe to its e-newsletter. The organization has a u-tube channel, too. I am a certified trainer, and it through ACE that I received my certification. Have fun!
