how do you get your tea recipe? I don't know what to make the judge. I have the tea beans and cinnamon.

Three things:
1) You can buy the tea recipe in PP.
2) You can serve the Page Platter receipe to the MH Police Officer, and she will give you the receipe.
3) The cinnamon is for the Chai Tea Latte, which the Judge likes better than the Plain Tea, but it's at a higher brewing skill, and possibly not available until JV, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
EDIT - You can also buy the Chai Tea Latte receipe in PP.
