ok served the govener but it did not say thati relwased the bs mysterio do i need to keep serving him til i get that message or can i go to bs and see if he is there

It may or may not happen on the 1st serve. So continue serving him till you get the message. It would be pointless if the Mysterio is not unlocked & you waste your time in another location waiting for him/her to show. Wait till he tells you about it then go.
