Oops, yes that's correct. I'm used to not having the Satellite Spice so in general you don't get to serve a green entry drink. LOL! Thanks MayuriC. And sorry Diznyac. =)

You have to have the criminal mastermind give you the repellent spray, and then that gets rid of the gossip, and then the snow bunny will come around.  Good luck!

But she doesn't necessarily come right away.  I had to wait a bit after I got the repellent.  She did show up eventually.
