In general it is requested that you don't offer to trade unless you already have what you're planning to trade. That way all deals are settled instantly and it spares hurt feelings, arguments, etc. Know what I mean? =)

She is under Level 10 so that is why she made this post. She did not know you could not trade/sell/buy until you reach a certain Level.
