Partner in Crime-When to change him back?

After I get the spray from the Partner in Crime to repel the BS gossip and the award for serving him his favorite drink 25 times is there any point in keeping him around? Or should I turn him back into the Criminal Mastermind?

No, not really.  It is up to you after you get the award and spray how often you change him back and forth.

He's worth lots more JBs and Exp as the partner-in-crime, though.  I just leave him there.
