This is the hardest for me to figure out... 
I'm at level 100 and still can't get the 10 "Hate it in a row"

Any sugestions?

I think this post is awesome for that...it's one of the replies on the first page that gives you most of the "hated" drinks for customers in MH. It's best to do it there. Also abandoning a customer doesn't reset the counter and make you start all over.

I could have sworn I read somewhere that everone hates the Lockjaw.  I haven't tried yet.  Does anyone know if this is true?

I know it does not work in MM or JV. I have not tried it in other places.
