Prisioners

When is it a good time to release the prisoners? The only thing I saw in the walkthrough was to hold out because their drinks are a higher level. My brewing skill is currently 70 with the added points.

Well really, another reason to wait, is because you don't need the prisoners until you are almost finished with MM.

I think it's a matter of of opinion really. If you have stardust it's not going to matter. I didn't use the walk-through so I released the prisoners all along the way. I think the only bad part (in my opinion) was that progress was prolonged due to having those "extra customers" that I couldn't serve properly (Because I didn't use stardust much, if it even existed then. LOL). Make sense?

I'm sure someone who did it "in order" can give you a better perspective though!

Well, going off of the walkthrough I've completed everything prior to the prisoners. I'm pretty sure I have all of the Mysterios, but I'm not certain. I know for sure I have MM and BS. I haven't gone back to the other areas to check. Hmm.. Maybe I'll do that now..!
