I just need to vent....

I have been trying all darn week to get the stupid Arsonist to appear and it's driving me crazy.  I know I need to have patience but for the love of pete I've been playing every free minute for the past week to get the Arsonist and he just won't show up!!!!  ARRRR

Try serving The Escaped Convict his fave.  And the Mount Mocha Mob Boss.  And the Happy Pirate.  And the Sleepy Pirate.  The chain of events are based on serving favorites.  It is all about green-entry recipes - though a few customers do not have a favorite.
