Problems with gifting!

For some reason, when I try to give a gift by clicking on someone's profile it only bring up candy hearts and cinnamon rolls. Why can't I give stardust, eps, or java bucks?

I don't think you can gift those until Level 10 or higher...I would have to search the forum for that answer...
