Whats with the Judge and cinnamon?

It says that the judge likes cinnamon and i have some but how do i use it? Any one know!

You need to have a recipe that uses that ingredient, the first one available is Chai Tea Latte in Percolate Park...however, the judge also likes something pretty plain...not coffee, if you get my drift :]
