You have to wait to buy flour at a different shop. It takes time, but leveling up is the best way IMO to be aable to buy and serve drinks successfully. There are recommended skill levels for each area. I followed them pretty closely, that way you get less no shows and less failed drinks. I rarely used stardust. It's possible to play the game without using them. You want to make every serve count as much as possible. I almost never served a drink in red. Rarely served the ones in green etc. Good luck!
