They are dropped by a customer - it is a different one in each area.  I will have to search for who, though...give me a few...

I found that the student drops them in MH and PP...I forget who drops them in the other areas.

You could also try to buy them - make a post in Buy/Sell/Trade forum.

I believe she needs to be served her favorite recipe. Also, she does not drop all the time.
