The Judge loves Plain Tea.

The Cinnamon Roll is a drop, but I don't recall from whom...maybe the Student? When you serve it, you *may* get 12 extra energy (sometimes that is trumped by something...you will see that as you play the game) :)

The police officer will give you a recipe for it after you give him the page platter...im not sure exactly what it is but thats how i got the tea. Im new to it too...lol

The Tea recipe is one of those that you have to "earn" by serving the police officer who will then give it to you as a gift. Have you read the walk through yet? I know not everyone likes to do so, but I found it to be very helpful in navigating the strange world of LL.
