My customers are not stopping in because it keeps telling me i need to increase my marketing skills. Can the skills be re-positioned so i can take some away from my brewing skills?? how can i increase my marketing skills so my customers will stop and stay?

For now, you are better off going back to MH and leveling up a little more. Those are recommended minimums needed to move to the next area, but the higher you are, the better off you will be. Once you are higher up you can redistribute your skill points for a high fee.
