Okay; so, I've got the fact that the Yoga Instructor's favorite drink in Macchiato Heights is the caffe latte...but it only seems to be sometimes. Why is that?! Am I doing something wrong? This may have been asked before but there are so many posts to read through I was going cross eyed! Help!!!
That's her favorite. Sometimes you'll fail making a drink, and that's probably what you're seeing. As you level up, it becomes less of an issue. Also as you add points to your skill level, that reduces your chance of failing too. I don't remember which skill you need to change to reduce your chance of failing on a serve, sorry.

Brewing Skill. Marketing Skill is for making sure customers show up...which will come into play later in the game. Right now just concentrate on brewing skill.
