Stardust- how do I use it?

Unsure how to use a stardust- can anybody help?

When you want to make a drink that is above your skill level, it will show up in red. To the right of the name of the drink is a star within two circles. Click on that to use one stardust each time you serve one of those drinks. For most folks stardust is fairly limited, so use wisely.
