I'm just curious as to when I should think about changing the location of my shop? What should I have accomplished in Macchiato heights, before I move?

Hi! Welcome to LL. Have you read through the Macchiato Heights walk through yet? That will show you what options you have in MH.
Personally, I like to have more than the required skill level before moving to the next location. It makes things so much easier! But there are lots of folks who enjoy the bare minimum and the challenges associated with that approach. The awards that I don't aim for on my first time in a new area are the number of customers served. Eventually you'll earn those because you'll keep coming back for other things over time.
