Do you have to be a cretain level before you can serve a coustomer tea?

Welcome to Latté Land! :) In order to be able to at least serve the Judge Plain Tea, here's what you need to
do:
1. Travel to Percolate Park. :) This will cost you 50 Java Bucks. :)
2. Buy the Tea Beans & the Recipe for Plain Tea. :)
3. Travel back to Macchiato Heights, & when you get the Judge as a Customer, serve him the Plain Tea, &
you'll get a green Journal Entry from him. :) Hope this helps! :)
