You have to get the M.J. Fox recipe from the Baseball coach first in Percolate Park. Serve the M.J. Fox recipe to the Super hero and she'll give you the time machine instructions. Go to Machiatto Heights and serve the time traveler any drink. She'll give you the Flux Capacitor that will open up the Time Warp.
