NEED HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!

 I am a little confused. I want to move on to Java VAlley and it is saying I can't because my brewing skill is only 18 and my marketing skill is only 1. Well my actual brewing skill is 18  +7 and my marketing skill is 1  +4. Doesn't that make my brewing skill 25 and my marketing skill 5? Or am I not understanding this right? Please help me!!!!!!

The + number is from equipment that you bought where you are so that amount only counts where you are; it doesn't move with you.

When you do move you will only take the regular # with you but then you can buy equipment there to add to your skills.

the + 7 and + 4 stays there, because it's from equiptment.  So those don't really count towards helping you... they help in that area alone.

it's the 18 and 1 that you need to raise up (by leveling and using skill pts.)
