Is the Mayor at the Principal's hideout?!?

 I've bought everything there is to buy in PP and served every customer EXCEPT the Mayor! Where the heck is he? I've been in PP for what seems like AGES now. It's just like the principal in MH - I got tired of waiting for him and decided to move on.

I think the 2 of them are off conspiring somewhere...

 I just got the mayor....he likes the cafe latte....I used my butterfingers blend and got the key.....no principle yet :(

I still have not gotten  the principal, I'm between PP and JV.  I have gotten the mayor.  The first time I got him, I was actually in MH!

ETA:  I have also gotten him in PP.  I've gotten him a few times, not sure if I seen him in JV or not?

i have got the key to the city as well he comes here quite often i cant figure out what he likes besides cuppicino though.
